Navigating funding options for pediatric therapy can be challenging. Here, we provide information on potential funding sources and financial assistance available to help cover the costs of our mobile therapy services. Costs
The cost of an initial consultation depends on your child’s specific needs. During our intake phone call, we will review the various treatment options available and discuss the associated costs with you.
Session fees are based on the duration of each session.

Funding options

NDIS
We provide services funded by the NDIS under the Early Childhood Supports and Therapeutic Supports – Capacity Building Categories. We accept participants who are self-managed or plan-managed but do not currently support agency-managed plans. -
MedicareYour child may be eligible for a Medicare rebate through Chronic Disease Management Plans, Better Access to Mental Health Plans, or the Helping Children with Autism Plan. To claim a rebate, you’ll need a Medicare Plan from your GP or Paediatrician. Please note that we do not bulk bill. For more details, consult your GP. If the healthcare refund does not cover the full session cost, payment must be made in full prior to claiming any refunds.

Private Health Insurance
Our therapists are registered and hold Medicare provider numbers, allowing you to claim eligible services through your private health fund, depending on your extras cover. Contact your health fund before your first appointment to verify rebate eligibility for your child’s assessments and intervention sessions. You’ll need to pay the full amount at the time of the session and will receive an electronic invoice for submission to your private health fund. -
Fee for Service (Out of Pocket)
Pay for sessions privately without any external funding.
